
While it was still bitterly cold, I had my husband till up a swath of dirt in the front field, and I sprinkled about five pounds of wild flower seed. I waited and waited and even after Spring had sprung - still no flowers. Then two weeks ago I looked out my bedroom window and saw RED! Suddenly I had a band of poppies where I had been thinking there would be nothing but weeds this year. So I have been reminded that sometimes "Waiting is."

I wanted to share a bit of the colour, so here's a couple of patterns I came up with from my pics.
